Atria Developments sought a creative approach to showcase the conversion of Peterborough’s historic YMCA buildings into upscale residential condo properties, branded as “Y-Lofts,” targeting pre-purchasers and condo buyers.

Timely delivery of on-brand digital assets was crucial for promoting this new development. With everything in hand, Atria was now well-equipped to proceed confidently with their targeted sales campaign.
By creating a fast-loading, user-friendly landing/signup page and incorporating a couple of pre-purchase videos highlighting the elegance and features of Y-Lofts, I was able to successfully facilitate visual connections between Atria and potential buyers.
